Liulin has established 6 advanced manufacturing plants which occupy a total area of 84,917 square meters. Our annual production capacity now reaches 10,000 sets of combine harvesters.

Our metalworking workshop is where all machinery will be processed. It is specially equipped with a large lathe for the processing of metal parts.The quality of our farming equipment largely depends on the quality of raw materials.In order to ensure the workpieces are protected against mechanical stress and contamination, we have introduced advanced production equipment from overseas countries.In addition, the workshop is outfitted with CNC lathe for batch production. This has enabled us to accomplish a variety of cutting procedures in a single run.

An important part of the production process is to cast the machine frame in preparation for general assembly. Components are manufactured from top-grade steel materials. They are primarily treated by operators, before all pieces are assembled to form the completed product.

After that, workpieces are automatically conveyed and transferred to the electrophoresis workshop, where we carry out surface treatment. This giant production line completes the electrophoresis and cleaning of more than 3 equipment sets simultaneously.Its production capacity is 30-40 equipment sets per day which fully meets market demand.

The major components of our products are assembled in the same area. Our highly trained operators are very knowledgeable of a wide array of production techniques.What we do in each production line depends on the buyer’s order, which allows for a great increase in production efficiency.The the final step is to quickly assemble the equipment on a complete conveyor belt, which ensures our equipment offers outstanding performance.

Last but not least, we send our farm machines to the test area. Only those products that have passed all tests under strict supervision of our professionals are allowed to leave our factory. This way we can guarantee clients only receive high quality, defect free products.

Liulin is Taizhou Economic Development Zone Administrative Committee’s key investment project of agricultural machinery. Situated within the Economic Development Zone in the Taizhou City, the plants were built in two phases with the total land coverage of 76,666 square meters. LIULIN focuses on the production, sales and maintenance of agricultural machinery, as well as the manufacturing of rubber products and steel castings. With a registered capital of 50 million yuan and a total project investment of approximately 200 million yuan, our company has an annual production capacity of 10,000 combine harvesters.

Liulin covers a total production area of 84,917 square meters. Currently, our daily production capacity is 30 to 40 sets of combine harvesters and our annual production capacity reaches 10,000 sets of combine harvesters.

1. Electrophoresis line: The main processing procedures in electrophoresis assembly line include electrophoresis, cleaning, autophoresis and cleaning.
2. Spraying line: The main processing procedures in spraying line include powder spraying and drying.
3. Assembly lines: Assembly lines encompass header production line, threshing line and machine assembly line. The management of the assembly lines is based on the customer’s orders and working procedure.

After one-step clamping on the machining center is completed, the digital control system automatically controls the lathe to select and change the cutters, change the spindle speed, the feed amount, the motion track on workpieces and other auxiliary functions. The multiple-process processing on the surfaces of the workpieces is conducted in proper order.

Main advantages:
1. The machine has the functions of direct angle programming and angle compensation.
2. The grating ruler does real-time inspection, feedback and compensation. It is controlled by fully closed loop and the positioning accuracy of backstop and slider deadlock is within ± 0.02mm.
3. The machine has multiple-step programming function which enables it to achieve automatic multiple-step operation. During the multiple-step operation, parts are processed in a single run which greatly raise the production efficiency.
4. Users can choose imported hydraulic system with stable performance and compact structure according to their requirements.
5. Ball screw and synchronous belt can be selected to transmit the backstop.

Major features:
1. The CNC lathe works with high precision and stable processing quality. The multi-coordinate linkage of the machine enables it to process parts in complicated shapes. When the CNC lathe is used to process different parts, we only need to change its numerical control program which helps to save the production preparation time.
2. The CNC lathe possesses high rigidity. The machining load of the lathe can be selected to a favorable amount in order to raise the production efficiency (the production efficiency is 3 to 5 times of ordinary machine tool).
3. The machine is highly automated which greatly saves manual labor. The mass production makes it easy to control the quality of the products. The working demand of operation staff is low, but the technical demand of maintenance staff is very high. The machine center is equipped with ten to dozens of different cutters, which can achieve various types of cuttings such as turning, milling, drilling, hinging in a single run.

Frame casting process makes the products preparatory for the general assembly line upstairs. The parts are made of high quality stainless steel. They will be initially processed by workers before they are assembled to achieve the combination of every part.
